Charlotte began her legal career in 2006 as an office junior and has since progressed to a Senior Paralegal, demonstrating dedication and continuous professional development throughout her career. She has completed both the Level 3 Advanced Paralegal Diploma in Family Law and the Specialist Level 6 Paralegal Qualification in Family Law with the University of Law.
Charlotte is a member of CILEX and has been awarded Chartered Paralegal status, the highest level of recognition within this route, reflecting her significant experience, competence, and commitment to the profession. She is currently working towards obtaining her practice rights. Charlotte is also registered on the CILEX Professional Paralegal Register.
During her time with Milner Elledge Solicitors, Charlotte has gained experience across all areas of family law, including Non-Molestation Orders, Child Arrangements, Specific Issue Orders, and Prohibited Steps Orders. She is passionate about family law and prides herself on providing excellent client care while striving to achieve the best possible outcomes.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
