Milner Elledge has over 30 years of experience representing clients in all child and family law matters. Founded by Simon Milner and Kim Elledge, the firm now has a team of solicitors and two offices from which we advise clients. Despite the growth and the passing of three decades, our child first, non-judgmental, jargon-free approach to all child and family issues lives on.

Our two offices, in Romford, Essex and Dagenham, London are situated close to major public transport routes. From these offices, we offer a safe space for clients to discuss their cases. In an effort to combat the busy schedules of our clients we offer appointments at a range of times so there will always be something to suit you. Where you cannot attend our offices, we can advise and offer a consultation through email or over the phone. In the event that your case will be heard in a court out with Essex or London, our team will travel to represent you. We routinely represent clients across the whole of England.

Our team are recognised for their innovative and jargon-free approach to all client matters as well as their “children first” approach in any case where children are present. Our team of solicitors are specialists in all areas of child and family law so are well placed to advise you on any issue you may be facing.

We are proud to have held a Family Law Legal Aid contract since 1995. Our team routinely act in Legal Aid Matters and can advise you on your eligibility. In cases where you are not eligible but have concerns around fees, we have a range of options to suit you. In many cases, it will be possible to work on the basis of a fixed fee quote or on a pay as you go basis.
